Are Patch Tooling, Pressing, and Packaging Included in a Hoodie Quote?

The information available does not show whether a hoodie quote covers patch tooling, pressing, or packaging. DOLUXE offers OEM/ODM manufacturing and customization, but no hoodie-specific quote or itemized pricing terms were provided. Confirm each charge in writing before approving a sample or moving into production.

What the Available Details Show

• The supplied product record is for a 300gsm heavyweight T-shirt, not a hoodie, and includes neither a price nor a cost breakdown.
• The company profile mentions heavyweight hoodies and customization options such as puff print and 3D embroidery. It does not explain how patch tooling, pressing, or packaging are priced.
• Custom styles have a stated minimum of 50 pieces per style and color. Sample development is estimated at 3–15 days, with bulk production taking 20–35 days, depending on complexity and sourcing.
• Ask for an itemized quotation that identifies whether each requested service is included or billed separately.

Why the Quote Needs Clarification

To determine what a price covers, buyers need a specific quotation or written pricing terms. Neither is present in the supplied material. The product record refers to a 300gsm heavyweight T-shirt; although the company profile also lists heavyweight hoodies, it provides no hoodie-specific price.

DOLUXE describes OEM/ODM manufacturing, private-label options, and development based on a customer Tech Pack, sample, or design concept. Its listed decoration capabilities include puff print and 3D embroidery. These services indicate customization capacity, but do not confirm that any particular patch setup, pressing process, or packaging is included in a quote.

For a useful cost comparison, request a quote that specifies the hoodie and clearly itemizes each requested charge. The company also describes quality checks from pre-production sample approval through mid-production inspection and a final AQL 2.5 inspection based on ISO 2859-1. These are quality procedures, not evidence that related costs are included in the unit price.

Conclusion

There is not enough information to determine whether a hoodie price includes patch tooling, pressing, or packaging. DOLUXE provides OEM/ODM manufacturing and private-label customization, with custom-style orders starting at 50 pieces per style and color, but these general service details do not establish the terms of a specific quote.
